Buyer’s guide — how sourcing works
How sourcing from China works.
From first brief to delivered goods — the process, the costs, and the answers most buyers want before they start. One operator runs the whole loop.
01The process
Four steps, one contact.
You brief once and stay informed at every stage.
Tell us what you need
Product, market, volume, target price, and timeline.
Find & vet
A shortlist of factories, checked by an operator; samples on request.
Validate & quote
Samples, specs, and verified pricing before you commit a cent.
Produce & ship
1-by-1 QC, packaging, and logistics to your door or FBA.
02The essentials
Payment, MOQ, shipping & QC.
The four things every buyer asks about — straight answers.
No upfront fee
You pay only once a supplier is chosen — a small commission or transparent margin. T/T, PayPal, or Wise; deposit plus balance against milestones. Priced in USD.
Workable minimums
We find realistic MOQs for small and growing buyers, and arrange samples (including custom) so you verify quality before bulk.
Sea · air · express
FOB, CIF, or DDP. We consolidate orders and ship door-to-door or to Amazon FBA. Express in days, sea in ~25–40.
1-by-1 inspection
Supplier vetting first, then per-unit checks before shipment with photos and reports — issues caught in China.
