How much does it cost to work with you?
There are no upfront fees. You only pay once you choose a supplier — usually a small sourcing commission or a transparent margin on the order. You see the price before you commit.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product and factory. We specialise in finding workable MOQs for small and growing businesses, and we will tell you the realistic minimum up front rather than push you to over-order.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. We arrange samples (and, where useful, custom or pre-production samples) so you can check quality, fit, and branding before placing a bulk order. Sample and courier costs are quoted clearly.
How do payments and currency work?
Common methods are bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, or Wise, typically a deposit plus balance against production milestones. We never ask for full payment before you are satisfied with samples and terms. Pricing is usually quoted in USD.
Which Incoterms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP are all common. For most first-time buyers we recommend FOB or DDP so the logistics are handled for you — we will advise the right term for your route and budget.
How does shipping work and how long does it take?
We arrange sea, air, or express freight and can consolidate multiple orders into one shipment. Express is days; air is about a week; sea is typically 25–40 days depending on destination. We handle door-to-door or delivery to Amazon FBA.
How do you check quality?
We vet the supplier first, then run a 1-by-1 inspection before shipment and share photos/reports. Issues are caught in China — not after the goods reach you.
Can you do OEM / ODM and private label?
Yes — custom products, tooling, branded packaging, and private label are core services. Share a spec, sketch, or reference product and we will scope it.
Do you handle import duties and customs?
With DDP we manage export and can advise on destination customs and duties. Final import taxes depend on your country and HS code; we will flag what to expect so there are no surprises.
